Rich McGinley 

RichRich McGinley has over 30 years’ experience in the design of executive compensation plans.  After starting his career as a tax consultant for Arthur Andersen, he joined Stern Stewart and Company, where he helped clients implement the Economic Value Added model. Today, many of the companies Rich worked with are regarded as leaders in managing for shareholder value and the effective use of pay for performance programs. Throughout his career, including roles at Deloitte Consulting and Gressle and McGinley, he’s advised boards of public and private companies on the use of executive incentive programs which are closely aligned with business strategy and long-term value. Rich has also assisted clients with negotiation of executive employment agreements, development of company-wide incentive programs and shareholder communication.

Rich has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and is a CPA.
