Marsha Cameron  

MarshaCameronMarsha Cameron is a compensation and organizational consultant, with 30 years’ experience in the areas of performance management, merger integration and compensation consulting (including executive and broad-based compensation strategies, total compensation market analysis and compensation technology). Marsha is a co-founder of Paradox Compensation Advisors and previously performed in senior leadership roles in both industry and consulting. She held principal and Vice President positions at Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt, where she developed compensation consulting processes and methods used by consultants around the world. She also served as Vice President at both TXU, where she built the HR function for TXU Energy, and Verizon (formerly GTE) where she led the compensation and benefits integration efforts associated with various acquisitions.

Marsha’s approach focuses on deep understanding of her client’s business to develop practical, competitive programs aligned with management objectives and shareholder interests. She’s worked with executive teams and boards of a number of Fortune 500 companies in creating programs that maximize profitability.

Marsha has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California – Riverside and a Masters from Columbia University School of Business.
