Kevin Hummel has over 20 years’ experience in consulting with a focus on maximizing employee performance. Kevin began his career in leadership development and progressed to practice leadership roles at Hay Group and Towers Watson, where he held responsibility for major client and project management, consulting practice leadership and intellectual capital development. In 1999, Kevin founded Lighthouse Consulting Group, a business consulting firm that provides advisory services and solutions to senior management in the discipline of organizational effectiveness.
Today, as a member of Board Advisory, Kevin consults in leadership development, with a concentration on executive assessment and feedback, management coaching, succession planning, executive team development and executive selection. His focus on helping companies clarify business priorities and identify programs for maximizing organizational performance has established him as a respected advisor whose skills bridge the areas of business strategy and HR practice.
Kevin is a licensed psychologist and requested speaker on the topics of leadership, organizational effectiveness and talent development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Furman University and an MS and PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Georgia.
